Client Responsibilities

People who use our service say they will do the following things:

Approve creatives and strategies on time

Make payments as per agreed terms

Respect timelines and scope of work

If the client is slow to do things it can make the delivery take longer. The clients delays can cause problems with when we can deliver things. This means that delivery timelines, for the project may be affected by the client.

Payments & Refund Policy

When the company starts doing the work you will not be able to get your money back. All payments for the work are non-refundable once the work has started. This means that the company will keep all the payments for the work even if you want to stop the work or change your mind. The payments for the work are non-refundable.

You will have to make an advance payment before we start the project. The advance payment is necessary for us to begin the project. We need the advance payment to get everything for the project.

If the payments are late the service will be stopped. This means that the service will not be available until the payments are made. Late payments can cause a lot of problems so it is very important to make the payments on time to avoid service suspension. The service will be suspended if the payments are delayed and this can be an issue for people who rely on the service. Delayed payments will result in service suspension, which's why it is so important to pay on time.

Intellectual Property

We make all the things, strategies and content, at ContentAura. All of these things belong to us until we get paid in full. The content and everything we come up with is our property until the payment is complete. We keep ownership of all the creatives, strategies and content made by ContentAura until the payment is made in full.

When the client makes the payment the ownership of the thing that was bought is given to the client unless the client and the other person have agreed to do something. The ownership is transferred to the client after the client pays for it.

We do not guarantee results such, as:

The results you get from marketing depend on a lot of things. These things include what is happening in the market, the competition and how much the client is involved in the marketing. Digital marketing results can be really different because of these things. You have to think about the market and the competition when you are doing marketing.. Confidentiality

The company and the client both agree that they will keep all the important business information secret that they share with each other while they are working on the project. They will make sure that the sensitive business information and the sensitive business information they share is not told to anyone.

Limitation of Liability

ContentAura Digital Marketing Agency shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses

Platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.)

Website downtime or third-party tool issues

Termination

If you want to stop using the services you need to let the other party know in writing. Before you can actually stop using the services you have to pay any money that you still owe. The services can be terminated by either party. You have to give prior written notice. Any outstanding dues for the services must be paid before the services are terminated.
